I don't think any of them are better, what does matter is which game mode you like the most, although I think that cash games are more complete in the post flop game

I mostly play cash, but I think ultimately there is more money to be made in tourneys as more bad players play these games. The problem is you need to commit the time to play the whole thing, which is awkward when you have other commitments, and the variance is very high. Also meaning you need to play slot of tourneys to know if you are a winning player or not.

In general I enjoy cash more as prefer 100bb poker, than short stack play, but nothing beats the final table feeling

They both have pro's and con's; in a cash game you can come and go when you please, so you are not tied to a starting time or need to wait until the end. Tournaments however do usually have more money in prize pools, and are harder to win outright, because you are playing a bigger field of players.
My only objective when playing in a big tournament is to try and make the money, once I have achieved that, I try to make the final table, it is only then that I try to be number one and win it outright, setting yourself different challenges along the way means as long as you make your first challenge everything else is a bonus and if you should fail and finish 2nd then there is no shame in that, you are still a winner.

I prefer S&G. However, in this game you can quickly win or lose everything in an instant. It requires patience and discipline.

They both have their advantages, quick game with cash or take your time and hope for a position with a tournament.
I get to addicted to the cash games and start a heading toward a losing streak, so i only play them when i know i have very limited play time.
I tend to play tournaments on an evening, sit and chill.

They both have their advantages I guess, personally I love tournaments! less risks big rewards. most of my biggest wins are from tournaments and events, you just have to be patient enough and one day boom you will hit that first spot in a MTT and you can start from there, However in Cash games I have made some big mistakes with some bad beats and bankroll drained however I guess there are strategies on how to play cash games but im not one of them unless its zoom cash game :)

Tournament variance is much more than cash game variance. Hence you need bigger bankroll for playing Tournaments.

Cash games at low stakes can be played with Bankroll of 20 Buyins. For tournaments, the requirement might be 80 - 100 Buyins.

Its a matter of preference.

I’d say tournament games by a county mile in my humble opinion lol you have the chance of achieving greatness upon your name and let’s face it MORE MONEY hard to find super high stakes cash games online anyway … 👌🏻❤️

I like live cash games better. You can fold or leave the table whenever you like. I prefer to play tournaments online because cash games are always going to be more competitive.

I've tried to play cash games, I didn't adapt, I profited in some sessions that I played but I didn't adapt to cash games, I don't know why, so I prefer tournaments

Better or worse, you have to decide for yourself. In MTT tournaments you can make good money, for me it's better than playing cash games. And what about without freerolls).

Tournaments are the best for me. Because for a relatively small contribution, you can win much more money. But it is necessary to play long and well to start winning. This is a minus of tournaments.

I think tournaments are an eternal love and excitement, but at the same time they are often completely unpredictable.
The downswing can drag on for a very long time.
In comparison, the cash game seems more secure, but more static.
