there are few famous poker players that are originally from Iran. I am Iranian and for fact Antonio Esfandiari, Hossein Ensan, Alireza Fathi, Melaka Razavi. these players are originally from Iran but their nationality has been changed due to immigration I hope one day I can be as famous as them
