no one is perfect, everyone can have bad habits that betray you to poker.

the communes are as follows:

1-Look right when you go folder
2-Count his chips before bet
3-Talk when you have a monster
4-Watch your chips when you hit the flop

what are yours?

I do not see anything wrong with counting the chips before betting, it's the only one I make of all of there

I think tanking (taking extra time) when you're bluffing kind of calls attention to your play to the rest of the table. Keeping your moves to a consistent time is a bit harder to read (IMHO). No shame in bet folding here and there, so there's no need to take a lot of time when doing it. (I'm not talking about snap folding, which is another potential tell, just keeping it consistent in a way that keeps the game moving and also keeps your play a bit more hidden.)

I have no bad habits. haha
When I play at casinos, I try to keep a decent pace to my play - folding, checking, calling, betting all within a similar amount of time - but varying the amount of time between 5-15 seconds, regardless of the action I am taking.
When playing in home games, I am much more flexible. Most of the home game players are not attentive at all to a player's nuances.

Bet size relative to position.
To avoid your concerns, mix up your habits. Mix up you facial expressions. Occasionally knock over some chips when you have a bad hand, do the same with a good hand.
In other words be erratic.
I know a lot of pros like to be consistent with each hand regardless of content, Like a good pitcher. So maybe you should try that instead.
Or as far as bad habits, turn them into good ones by confusing your opponents.

This might count as whining, but here I go anyway. I got knocked out in the freeroll today by a player who was frequently jamming preflop with very marginal stuff (q6suit, KJoff, a4off). He jammed to the right of my button with KJoff and killed my tens. I called knowing he had something like that in his hand, knowing I was likely entering a coin flip race. So it didn't turn out, oh well. But it just bothers me how this guy was playing. It is very obnoxious when such loose and unreasonably aggressive players luck out on me and many others at the table. I'm not sure it counts as a bad habit, but it sure as hell sticks in my craw!

in freerolls ppl have no problem going all in regularly because they're not losing anything, i often see pple go all in on awful cards or will call all in on 2nd pair or bottom pair, the thing with freerolls is they have nothing to lose so they will call as opposed to tourneys with buy ins, tourneys with buy ins you wont see as much of that gameplay and more tight and smarter poker, i play both buy ins and freerolls and there is a big difference in playing those tourneys.

I don’t know if I have any habits in the game, but I don’t think this is bad or will lead to loss and failure, the main thing for me in the game is that my card plays well and I get the result normal and good prizes!
