Bad Odors at the table

I have had my share of men with serious breath issues at the cash poker table Some are quite young and i wonder how their girlfriends or wives put up with that stale stink when they get home or when they kiss them if they actually do. I was actually surprised yesterday when i was seated next to a female dealer at a $1 $2 table . When she leaned over to deal the cards i detected a slight ass sweat odor from her seat or her ass . Usually you find that from the male dealers but more from the male players at the table .

I have never thought of this and i play live every week..its never been in my concious or sub concious thinking as i am often zoned out in tuned in...

Stink or no Stink?

One thing you could do is wear a face mask to filter smells and germs. You could also put a little vaseline under your nose and it just would not matter. Otherwise chalk it up for free entertainment.

when you reach a certain age i guess you dont care anymore about wiping your ass properly after you take a dump or even bothering to apply toothpaste to a toothbrush . When some of these old men in their late 60s to mid 70's leave the chair there is an odor like you would not believe

There is a rule that says that if a player spawns an unpleasant odor it can be removed from the poker table in order to put yourself in order.

Such people need to take very good care of themselves so that they do not emit bad smells, and even more so if they are in a society where many people do not like bad smells, but I do not know how to such people for themselves the unpleasant smell that comes from them , but can such people simply do not want to watch for themselves so that they smell nice when there are other people next to them!

Ewwwwww! That's just gross.. I try not to get too close to people that smell bad(thought that can be hard at a poker table), it's quite gross.. I haven't played live in a while, but when I do, I usually wear a sweatshirt and will just pull it up over my nose to block the smell if anything like the OP happens... or just get up and leave.
Where do you play live so that we know to bring nose plugs?! (That's a joke.. I think)

I think I have heard of people doing this intentionally to upset other players, but I don't remember where I heard this, or if it is even true.

I don't know how I get the crappiest of seat draw luck, but usually when I play a tournament the smelly players get all extra stinked-up just for me. It's either the internet pros who proudly state "I'm on a 72 hour session, I haven't stopped home yet, and I've slept in my car" as they reek up the entire table. It's either that or Gramps McPitstink - I realize your not as limber as you used to be back in the day, but take care of the KEY parts of your bod at least once every two days. Pits, balls, crack....it's THAT easy

Congratulations, you have good sense of smell! This(her/his seat or her/his ass) can happen to everyone.The bad smell is part of life(also the good smell).:hahaha:.

I play at the borgata Farts ass and mouth odors galore. I myself bathe and brush my teeth but on occasion i might not smell the greatest. l have noticed of late when i take a seat at the table after a few minutes the person next to me asks to switch his or her seat at the same table . At first i thought maybe its related to the amt of chips or different position but when it happened more than once i started to get paranoid. At one pt last month 5 different players seated to my right moved to another spot at the table . However there was a mechanical problem with the chair next to me but i think it was more than that

You can carry some "V.I. Poo" with you. Spray some on your clothes and people will think you smell really good.

Hahahaha! I *smelled* an issue like this only 1x before (thank goodness), but reading this here in the thread I have to wonder if it's actually because of the other player(s) nerves? So maybe if you can detect who is giving off this odor, you can take them for all they got!

That's why I like playing online you don't smell odors. I went to the charity casino once and never went back this one guy I was playing with had bad breathe and he needed a breathe mint but I was nice and didn't say anything. Once he left I didn't need to hold my breathe anymore I was so happy.

I hate it when you know you are about sit down for a real long session and they land right next to you. I try busting them as quick as possible so that I can get the odor away. I also grab that seat change button even if it isn't profitable to switch. I tilt more because of the odor.

I remember a guy at the Kansas City Casino that grinded for 35 hours straight he smelled SO bad I had to tell everyone. I think he might have been homeless, though he had what looked like a lot of chips.
