*WARNING: OLD THREAD*

Thank you :)

Isn't there a big red warning on old threads, right above where you type:

This thread is over 1 month old, you may consider starting a new thread.

Why do people just ignore this?

While I hate to support these types of theories, I actually ran into a guy at the OFC freeroll who was saying similar things.

He kept saying his hand would get automatically folded without even seeing his cards and that he couldn't control it. Not that I believe an anonymous freeroller, but I don't see a reason for someone to start lying about that at a table.

I thought that the same thing was happening to me. I wouldn't do anything and my hand would be automatically folded or called. I realized this was happening when I went to another screen and then clicked back in to Full Tilt. I would accidently click on the betting box and one of the buttons would automatically selected.

i think it's too polite, not threatening enough. maybe it should say:

This thread is over 1 month old, start a new thread or we'll kidnap your dog and hold it for ransom.

I actually had this happen to me at a bodog freeroll. It took me all of like two hands to figure out to just close bodog and reload the program.

Mistakenly hitting call or raise bottons on laptops

I realize this thread began a long time ago, but this happened to me. I have a mouse connected to my laptop...and I often mistakenly hit send ot accidentally move my cursor to a spot in a document where I wasn't intending to type. This often places my cursor in the middle of an otherwise nicely worded paragraph or another God-awful plpace to begin typing sometthing that shouldn't be put there. Go to your laptop's control panel and disable your touchpad. You'll have to use a mouse when you use the computer, but you'll never hit the call/fold or raise buttons accidentally, again!

My question is why did the OP shove with A2? He sucked out on the AK if the winner hadn't called.

I have had odd things happen at FT also.

So far it has done nothing worse than autofold me.

It's always funny to read stories of conspiracy theories or "outside forces". Sometimes people just don't realize what they do...and when they do they make up an excuse for it. The site is not rigged and I find this to be a sad reason to believe it is. You don't know and never will if he actually called or not...but I would take Full Tilt's word for it...they have no reason to lie.

I don't really have an opinion on the OP's claims but I'm always slightly amused (yet at the same time saddened) whenever I come across comments like this one above. What is the thought process here? Multi-million dollar corporations have no reason to lie? (!!) But Joe Average does because he's always on the scam and the take, right?

Some of you people here need to put down the Sklansky for a minute and pick up some Chomsky or at least something that might make you start looking at the world we live in with a bit more realism.

In response to the earlier rebuttal to my post....they have nothing to gain, and EVERYTHING to lose by doing what you suggest. They make a fortune off players at the tables, and as you can see in this case, they cannot risk alienating players over a few dollars. So you stick to your conspiracy theories...and call me when the aliens are knocking at your door.

idk i have been playing full tilt for like 3 years almost and have never had this happen to me, only me making a slip up and clicking while multitabling or accidentally grabbing the mosue too hard when going to move it to fold...i think its like some are saying, he either accidentally clicked it and didnt want ppl to think hes an idiot calling, or trying to cover up his donk move

If you look at FT's vs. PS it's quite amusing. FT have some work to do in this department definately...

Oh and also what is going on with your shove with A2 OOP?

Ok... cardschat banned me for awhile... not sure why...

now im back...

I am not blaming FT for any conspiracy... I am blaming them because their security team could not take the time to check out my claim before sending me an obviously rushed and grammatically incorrect answer. That reply was less than 24 hours later... it usually takes them at least 24 hours to reply to you if you have a question...

Not a conspiracy, but a software glitch... we have seen at least 5 posts just in this thread that support the claim that there is a software glitch at FT... BUT... security won't even look into it...

yea i totally agree with what the guy above me said. Plus i would like to add that this has happened to me one time before when i had a tough decision on the river weather or not to call or fold and i believe the poker gods pressed call for me and the other guy was bluffing otherwise i would have mucked it. Why were you all-in on A2 suited??? you wouldnt have finished third or won because the guy with ace king would have most likely beat you. Ive played at full tilt and i would reccomend it. Guy was drunk is my vote lol.
