re: Poker & Always calmly?
I think a successful slowplay is one of the most difficult things to accomplish in poker. Not only is it hard to properly play your hand against someone who could potentially bet with the weaker hand, but as belizebum mentions, you have to rely on your opponents to increase the size of the pot. And when it's time for you to make a move to hopefully extract more chips from your opponent, the move may be too late where they opponent doesn't have enough buy in to call and your win is smaller than it could be. Also, slowplay long enough and your opponent could make a hand that ends up beating you in the end.
