Well - I had at one time earlier in the year grinded quite high levels of PLO at 888 poker making it to the 2/4 levels against some solid players.

Now, I have cashed out and want to start from scratch again.

What are your thoughts on the current climate in the PLO Zoom/Snap worlds located on Stars and 888 respectively?

Is it beatable?

I have heard many articles saying its a fruitless journey to play PLO Zoom Micros. :icon_smur

On 888 the PLO games up to (and including) 12c/25c is very much beatable. I think there are many more fish found at these stakes than at their respective NLHE stakes. Therefore, yes, beatable. I cannot talk about the pokerstars PLO micro scene though...

See you at the tables on 888 :p

I advise you to choose what you like. At 888 Poker, the opposition is much weaker than on large sites, and those who understand Omaha's basic strategy will be able to earn an excellent profit in this room. In addition to promotions and offers for recreational players, 888 Poker has a huge online casino. Players who like "gambling" often go to poker tables and show a crazy action, and from this you can make a big profit!

Every game is beatable, you need to find the right moves. It's like a puzzle. But in PLO micro it's really fun. It's like you play with a bunch of kamikaze pilots.

Just based on my own personal experience,

I just wanted to make a quick statement about this - In no way is 888 "easier" or are players "weaker". I have played there for quite some time before switching to P Stars. The PLO player pool is too small and there is no action available at the tables. They are regulars at the table who are actually VERY TOXIC players to chat with and they are not very welcoming to newcomers to the table. Snap which is the equivalent to Zoom on stars is ABYSMAL action at best.

In addition, 888 staff and employees have a very popular reputation for poor handling of their customers. They are rude, they delay responses and its all over every forum on the internet and easy to find disgruntled players.

No to mention their ongoing scandals of cheating and bot users to clean up the games. Not a place I would recommend for sure.

In addition, because there is such SMALL ACTION on 888 poker tables across all stakes, players are more inclined to win a hand and "hit and run". Not their fault just no action so they take profits and run.

I can't even begin to explain how many times I've been trolled on 888 poker after stacking off and watching the villain sit out and exit the App almost instantly.

And finally, if you didnt know this already its kind of obvious that the VIP players are treated to more "promotions & benefits" in their wheel spin incentives.

So that's just my personal experience. An 888 rep may refute this and of course say "no we treat everyone the same" and thats a load of horse crap as well to make sure you give them your business.

Might seem like I am complaining from a loss for the most part, my life is good - these are things I've just observed over the course of a 6 month grind at 888 poker.
