1) Maybe you have psychology problem "tilt of winning" or a psychology block " I cant win more than 70 $ - it s my psychical limit" or "I will lose after! let s check -- after tilt" or "I m not deserve that money" or "I am a God" or "I am not so good it was just a luck... it finishes now", "my comfort zone - to put money in poker, not to win"
2) No matter which psychical problems you have, I advise you to stop playing after 2 hours. Maybe you can play with big attention only 2 hours.
3) After I advise to throw that money to real. Don t spend them. Just let it be outside.
4) Don t worry, analyze yourself more and you will be okay

Maybe you have a block "its easy money"
Yr parents always teach you that you need to work hard to get money and now you can play poker and win fast
Crazy ha?))

Be sure, it's not easy money
Its yr skill
and it's a big job

Good luck

Your expectations of win rates are to high.Lets say we play 500 hands per hour at 10nl and have a win rate of 10bb/100 which is a good win rate, although a small percentage of player can achieve slightly higher win rates. So 10bb/100 is a $5 an hour win rate.So lets say you play 5 hours a day 7 days a week for 30 days in a month, that's $750+bonuses.Most winning players i believe achieve something around 5bb/100 to 10bb/100 in the micros long term .Your expectations are up around 35bb/100 and it looks like your not practicing correct bankroll management at the moment.Winning 7-8 buy ins in a session isn't the norm it's a heater and probably because of how you play your experiencing big swings and high variance.

Hello.
Obviously, the lack of discipline is a big problem. If you can not stop, then your winnings are just luck. It is clear that without discipline you will not be able to become a successful player.

I do not want to offend you, but you play in a casino and not in poker, and rely on luck more than a mathematical calculation. Yes, good luck can help you, but at a long distance you need a cold mind and a miscalculation.

This is a mindset issue and not a problem with your play. Read Jared Tendler's book 'The Mental Game of Poker'.

Hello my friend, your situation is [exactly] what online poker sites count on, and your situation is not unusual at all.
The actual solution to this problem can be easily found by finding the nearest mirror and taking a long hard stare into it.
The solution is simple, but the implementation for many like yourself, is impossible to follow through.

It is called [SELF CONTROL]

Master this simple trait and you are on your way to financial and internal contentment …….. lol

my advice would be to multitabler to reduce the effect of variance on your game you must continue to train and especially try to analyze your game because if you do not win in the long run is that you commit too much I've stopped making cash games. I've always made good money but I still lost everything afterwards it's more technical and I realized that I was not not enough train. I was advised to focus only on the mode of games that I am the most disgusted is the MTT.

I think others here nailed the issue for you.

I would recommend setting a time to stop before you even start. For example, It is now 8pm. I will play until 11pm and then I will stop, win or lose.

Your mental approach is way off. You can't play poker thinking I'm going to win $60 everyday, you have no control over that. Losing in poker is inevitable, you only have conrol of your decisions, not how much you win or lose. You have to accept that to win in poker you have to play the losing hands. Why are you losing everything everytime? Because you lose some due to variance, then you tilt and make mistakes, and now you are losing because of both bad luck and playing bad.

Remember some things:

Cash game is diferent to a MTT, the amount you want to win in cash session is totally diferent to a MTT. For that reason you need to stablish a time for your sessions and how many hands do you want play to get your goals daily and monthly. Try to define what do you want and stop daily wining or losing but stop the sessions that you define previosuly to keep the control. If you want to extend the sessions you can do it but define the minimum of win to stop. Go luck in tables !!!
