Speaking of absolute value, the worst starting hand in Texas Hold'em is 72, with unsuited cards, being the hand with the fewest chances of winning.

72o has a small chance to catch a street, flush and street flush, but 32o has the weakest.

I agree that one of the worst is 72, but in my opinion the worst hand is the one you don't believe, success

Close one between AQo and JJ, at least you know to fold the 72s 32s pre.. so they don't end up costing you a packet:ROFLMAO:

There are a lot of bad starting hands, but if you count on luck, then it doesn't matter :)
I'm used to relying on my skills, so I usually wait patiently for strong cards.

Definitely 72 off suit had next to no chance of winning.
If you win with that you are just a lucky b*****d nothing more.

for me the worst hand is 7-2 also J-2 and any combination of lows falls from different suits but the worst thing the worst thing is QQ I always lose hahahaha or lately AA no longer win I lose 7 out of 10 with AA when I see it I'm afraid to play I prefer 3-3 or 9-9:D

the funny thing is though that in an all in preflop situation 7-2 is favorite against a lot of hands like 3-2 , 6-3 etc for example

actually starting hands like 72, 83, 82, 93, J2 and others are not interesting at all.
Although what I think the worst hand is always the one that shows down against you.
It also depends a lot on how poorly your opponent plays your strong hand in betting.
Example. if you are in SB and in UTG someone opened limping with KK and you have 93 and since the bet was low you wanted to see a flop and the showdown was favorable for you, then the initial hand of the villain that was excellent, became terrible and you hand that was lousy became excellent.

Probably anything that isn't a pair, isn't the same suit, isn't a connector, and isn't suitable for making a straight with your two cards.

For me, about 40-50 percent of hands are 100% fold. I play only with good cards and do not waste time and nerves on junk. Of course, a lot depends on the structure and stage of the tournament, on the position, and on the opponents. That is, many components need to be taken into account.

This really depends, ex: another day in the HU of cardschat platinum freeroll, i win a key hand playing 72o and doing a right bluff, and in another platinum HU i play 72s and hit 2 pairs and end wininning the tournament at this hand

7,2 off is the worst hand, but winning with the hand is easier than you think, partypoker had a challenge to win a hand with 7, 2 off it was fun and surprisingly easy

72o, actually 74o, is one of my favourites, I cracked aces with them many times.
The worst starting hand is, IMO, the one with terrible pot odds preflop.

There are many weak hands that can become strong hands, everything will depend on the cards that the system throws at the table, the first cards do not matter so much, what matters is knowing how to play them and not getting carried away by the impulse. It is important to know that the first hand cannot define the future of the tournament you are playing.

Doesnt really need said, its 72 off suit, with 83 and 94 being treat in a similar manner.
Even the worst cards can be the winning hand though, nothing is guaranteed.
