Live $60/120

UTG: Loose/bad, calling station.
Button: Aggressive, long-term winner.

Not a whole lot of history w/ either one. I haven't played many hands, as this is only the 2nd orbit, I think.

UTG limps (horrible), I raise AJo in CO, Button 3-bets. UTG calls, I call.

{Button could be re-raising because he reads my raise as weak-ish isolation against bad UTG, could just be taking control w/ pos., or could be legit}.

FLOP (3 plrs.)... giving me top 2
Ad,Jd,9s

UTG checks, I check, Button bets.
UTG calls, I raise, Button only calls. Could mean a lot w/ this guy. Not ready to narrow his range yet.

UTG calls

TURN (3 plrs.)
[Ad,Jd,9s] 7d

UTG checks, I bet ( I don't have diamond), Button RAISES, UTG calls, I???

* At lower limits, this raise is very powerful, but here, he could easily be raising w/ AK, AQ, w/ diamond... Q10 w/ diamond... or trying to squeeze UTG

** I really want to 3-town, and charge UTG max???

Well if this read is true...

At lower limits, this raise is very powerful, but here, he could easily be raising w/ AK, AQ, w/ diamond... Q10 w/ diamond... or trying to squeeze UTG

...then we have to jam the turn.

I dont even want to begin to advise you on these nose bleed stakes lol, but if I had to, I would say re-raise him again. I think you're hand is good here

"EASILY could be raising with..." should actually be: "COULD be.."

Does this make a big enough difference in my thought process when deciding to 3-bet vs. call down?

Some betsizing info* would be nice, but this is a fairly easy fold I think. T8 got there, the diamond draw got there, and somebody may have already had a set on the flop.

You say that "he could easily be raising w/ AK, AQ, w/ diamond... Q10 w/ diamond... or trying to squeeze UTG", but there's now way in hell anybody in their right mind would play AK like this (maybe AK with the K of diamonds, but that's about it). QTdd would have raised/shoved the flop.
Unless you're up against a complete maniac (button) and a VERY big calling station (UTG) this is an easy fold because you have shown a lot of strength by betting two streets on a scary board into two players.

*Edit: If this is Limit, then you should disregard my entire post.

So what happened with the hand?

I 3-bet, but I think it was close. It's difficult to post these types of hands, because it's so player-dependent.

Both only called-- BINGO! :D Read was correct!

River bricked. I lead, Button called, UTG folded, and showed flopped OESD.

My hand goot! Button never showed or talked about hand.
