Is there ever a good time to play 72?

I do play any cards including 72 from any position when situation is suitable for that and it's really funny to get two pair or even a full house after all ..

I would play this from BB when I am still the only one in the pot. Or I would try to bluff against weak players, but only if I am well stacked, because they also could have the nuts and play along.

Of course yes!
After death, under the grave! haha

When I played cash games we used to give a big blind to the player who won by bluffing with 72o.

Other than that, it's underestimating the game too much...
But you have to enjoy playing coin flip... but they should know that it's not about poker.

Yes, there is a good time to play 72. If the 7 7 2 cards appear on the flop, then you have a great chance of winning that hand.

Despite that, I never play with those cards, only when I'm in the big blind position and the opponents haven't raised.

2-7 offsuit is considered the worst hand in Texas Hold'em. 2-7 are the two smallest cards that can't make a straight. Even if your cards are of the same suit and you are lucky to hit a flush, it will be weak in order to count on winning.

If you're a leader I think you're playing all maps against passive players

Prop bet I guess.
Seriously, if you wanna lose more, just play 72 more.

I know I do this. Do you all ever play 72. And for what reason. I do it because I see it hit the board many times, and some of those are times when I have folded them. Also, I would like nothing better than to bust a pair of As and it come to a show down. GL you all
On the button after several solid showdowns 😉 make believe you are a tight player and show em the bluff. Tilt mode on

Free check on BB. The problem is if you get a low pair on the River and decide to raise.

rarely i will also play it on the button to see if i hit big . because of position

Every hand is playable so is 7 2 ... Last time i had it it was also suited one and it helped since i eventually got flush and put someone to
However on the other day some jerk eliminated me with 7 2 so yeah guess it is 50/50 situation lol ...

For many "unplayable hands" best moments happen usually during hu, bluffs which happen to hit a monster or some multiway pots with good odds.
