At least I wasn't stacked. This is the sort of run bad that doesn't show on your ev either. I'm sat here specifically to target this player. And of course then he runs off.

That's the frustrating part eh? When they jump off after taking their piece so you don't get the chance to get it back. Knuckle head.

150 bbs, you'll be getting a wider calling range pre, so I don't think you can bet/fold here.I'm going to let someone else provide some feedback on ranges because I've honestly never played or coached at this limit. I'd assume you're going to get some people over playing their hands, but how deep it's hard to say. I'd bet about .82 on the turn and probably call a shove. But someone please correct me if I'm wrong here.

River sizing is going to open up someone's bluffing range a bit here. I'd probably have bet/folded 5 (I understand the small bet sizing, as he's passive, but probably still a little low). As played fold. The raise sizing likely isn't a bluff. Doubtful someone this tight is going try and value raise a straight. He's too passive.

This is a hand I thought I'd like to share of my session today. This doesn't occur very often, but when it does, I make sure to capitalize on it. I almost feel I don't need a hand in this spot to squeeze. Very easy to miss if multi-tabling. Comments?

Yes an excellent spot to re-isolate. I use this tactic as well. Normally I prefer something a bit more playable if I get called but like you say probably any two will do a large % of the time. I might get a bit more expansive in this spot thanks for posting this example.

Sorry I wasn't around last night I was literally crying with tiredness when I finished my 8th successive long day at work yesterday. Got home had a coffee played proper rubbish for an hour and logged off.

I won't be around tonight either.

Re the QQ hand posted.. The river K pairing the board was a killer.
Normally I'd call here with the pot odds but the guy was very passive. I folded.
Happy Christmas guys.

Most likely not. :) What hand does this kind of player raise (that size), that you beat? You'd be hoping for a split, and hero has two of those cards that make the split.

Yeah, I'd just wait until you have something semi playable though. This will happen plenty of times, especially in spots where a fish is front of a fairly aggressive reg.

Slowplay ace on turn dry boards

Both of these are from today's session. This first one is a 3bet pot. Was meaning to induce his bet on the turn.

AKs I'd only check the turn if you are sure he will bet following your check. A good player will know that the ace smacks the range of a player with your stats and won't bet into you. Unfortunately the river chops the pot unlucky.

Hand 2 same player a few hands later? Didn't learn his lesson did he!. Nice hand.

Hand 3 his raise sizing is fishy but he is raising initially and calling a substantial bet so he should have plenty of aces in his range here.
As you know little about him and he has fired twice I'd let this one go can't see him firing twice without at least a pair of aces.

Just as a general comment on your stats I'd love them for full ring but it looks a bit tight for 6 max What's your button unopened pfr?
