PokerStars `fill the card using Aces` promotion.

When playing I'm noticing certain players are betting because they have an Ace regardless of the strength of their hand. I've been able to ramp up a few pots winning with straights and flushes when someone can't get away from trip Aces.Has anyone else been able to exploit this and other similar promotions consistently?

Of course all right you noticed! After all, promotions are designed to attract as many players to the game as possible! Given the imaginary opportunity just like money! But a smart player will use this opportunity for yourself and win good money at the fish!

This promotion only makes recreational players lose easy money. The gains are ridiculous and the losses are great. The player will want to win the prize and will disappoint him by winning 1 dollar and losing 20 to 30 dollars. Thinking that you could win 20k dollars, where the possibility of winning this is one in 1,000,000.

I definitely noticed this and was exploiting other players. I've been playing Zoom $.10/.25 and made nearly $40 overtime I would join with $12.50.

So far filling the ace board Ive won $5, $1, $5, $5. not too bad if you can play the board smart and not the card

Does the promotion really affect their play or are they the sort of player (of which there are many) who are going to play any ace any time? I've "won" a number of these just by playing the way I normally would anyway. The prizes are so small, you're going to retain a lot more than you might potentially win just by playing normally.
