I have played on a few of the pokerstars 6+ cash tables. As the name suggests there are no cards below 6 in the deck.I was not surprised to find that at the low stakes level I play no one seems to have bothered to find out the differences between this and ordinary cash tables. The main differences are a flush now beats a full house and pocket pairs and sets are not as valuable ,it is also far easier to make a straight. Yet I still find people committing all their chips pre-flop with pocket pairs only to find a huge amount of the time they lose all of their cash. I have mentioned researching a game before you commit to playing it ,surely this is vital when playing a new format of an existing game or a different version of poker you have never played before. I find so many people committing chips in cash and tournaments with good holdem hands that are garbage in other poker games .Please research the games you wish to participate in online it could save you some money.

It really is a completely different game. I think alot of people are going in to it thinking they can learn on the fly, and it doesn't seem to be a good idea.

read an article about it / played a bit. article said that rake (at PS) is much higher than ragual NLHE + the chests (no comment there) so it might be hard to make any $$$, but the gameplay is fun =)

I seen this advertised while I was watching the PokerStars tournament last week. How do you find it to play then? I’m supposing if you’re up against a few players that aren’t aware of the rules you can just take advantage after a few First hands they’re playing for.

Played a little bit in 6+. It is a little impractical when almost every card changes a board, because I play mostly no-limit hold'em. Often confused with flushdro the number of outs to flush)) I play more fun than usual hold'em.:)
