How do the games compare to MGMNH. I know MGM got most of the business, but wondering how the Live games are playing now

I’ve actually still never driven out to oxon hill MGM. It’s just about convenience and ease since I live about 20 mins away from live.

From folks I talk to who have played at both, the action is good at both. I think the one plus about mgm is that you can be deeper at 1/3 w/ a buy in limit of 500. Over here at MD live it’s 400 so not that big a difference.

Finally there’s two floors. Action and high hands is pretty good during the week. And if you’re patient the fish will pay you off

Ive been to MGM twice and liked the 1/3 action. Lots of action and fish for sure. Good players there as well, players grinding out a living. I had only been to Charlestown in WV until MGM was done - first time there, made over $300 in 3 hours playing pretty snug $1/$3. They just cant wait to get their money in.

Maryland live i havnt had a chance to get to yet - but just from some simple schedule viewing, they offer the best value tournaments by far and i hope to play one there soon.

What do you want to know more specifically? I play at Maryland Live regularly. 1/3 and 2/5. The games are good, and it's an overstatement to say that MGM NH took "most of the business."

MGM def has more BIGGER games, but if you're playing 1/3 or 2/5, both are very good options.

Also as a side note, I'm personally hosting a 1/3 meetup game at Maryland Live on Sept 30. They have always been super accommodating with that, and I have only good things to say about Maryland Live's management.
