Losing sessions - cash game

Hello everyone,

Quick question here about cash game play.
Recently I been losing all my cash game sessions and playing tigh but still losing. So my problem here if I play top hand only they getting cracked by far worst hands and if I play mid strength hand I'm running into higher hands but basically every good and I'm playing getting crushed by donks. For example AA vs K10o even raise big preflop with tight image still got a call from this donk 3 streets and jj vs A10o and many more hands like this. Is this a bad run I'm having or I'm playing bad? Do I just treat a poket AA just a pair and fold on a half wet board or keep doing wt I'm doing and hope things will change? Also let say I have 99 and against 2 players flop comes 5 7 10 rainbow. I know I can bet to find out a 10 or better but how do I calculate odds for having a set, on flop ਓ have 2 outs is that mean I only have 8% equity or do pairs work differently? Your questions are to broad to answer. You should share some actual hands in the hand review session and ask for feedback on them. Also understand that losing in poker is normal and expected. How many hands were those sessions? Was it live or online? Even winning players can lose over 100.000 hands in tougher games with a low winrate.

If your game is really tight then your best option is to be patient and wait for strong hands. By winning with strong hands it'll give you the satisfaction/reward that comes with good play and then you'll be ready to wait for the next strong hand.

You might want to try to be more selective with the tables you sit at. Personally I've had better times at tables that don't have deep stacked players.

Mainly bet your good hands for value and some bad hands and draws as bluffs. And it's important to know the difference.

If you have a hand that is in the middle mostly check especially muli-way.

I advise you to play zoom, having let say AA you go olyn and if someone calls you are given a choice either to take most of the pot or play further, do not be greedy and choose a part of the pot you are already in +having other good cards, you bet 2BB or 3BB and on the flop, if you have the best hand at the moment, you are again alin and again choose a part of the pot, you are again in +
