How nitty is it to be playing $0.02/$0.04 limit hold em' on a $45 bankroll?
I'm sure it will be good practise.
Does anyone have experience multi-tabling these tiny stake games,
and is it worthwhile? They are very fishy. And I'm reading "Winning Low Limit Hold Em by Lee Jones".

That's fine for learning how the game works but if you are a winning player, then it is extremely nitty.

At these limits, as long as you are willing to move down if you are on a downswing, 200 big bets should be plenty (i.e. you can safely play .10/.20 as long as you move down if you go below $40).
