1. Can I call river? flip a coin.
2. Could I have played this hand better before the river? bet on the flop and turn to get some kind of read of what your opponent has. doesn't have to be big bets but a 1/4 pot on the flop would get rid of anything that wasn't a draw. a reraise would most likely be a jack not a/k draw. now you have information and you can move forward.

2 - I c-bet the flop (this board is good to you), I bet turn, probably he folds, but the only moment that he has a better play then you is after river, but probably you win that hand.

1 - How much he bet? You know anything about him? If you know that he is very tight fold is better, but if he is loose maybe call or all in is better.

I think that you probably win that hand.

I think river is 100% fold to a bet as villain likely to check back AQs on the river and you hand loses to AJs,JJ,QQ,AK and AA. Checking this flop I think it is fine, very ugly if got check-raised.

I would bet on the flop. Villain could have a lot of AK combos in their 4 bet calling range. As played on the river a lot of stuff is there to fold to.

Because it’s low stakes you can put AJ in that range but how many combos are you putting him on. LAGGY players may show up with AJo but most NITS and TAGS ARE only showing up with suited. So there’s. So there’s one combo of KJs 2 combos of AJs 1 combo of Jacks. There are a 3 combos of Queens and 10’s that you may have to worry about. I’d say this is very player dependent but you can definitely make a call against LAGS but NITS or TAGS that don’t have many bluffs you should be laying this down. Without bluffs I’m there range your way behind and need to fold if you bet into on the river. If you can put AK in there range it’s a call on the river

1. yes
2. you could do raise on turn, because in that way you got additionaly outs to the flush and knock out his AQ, QQ, AT.
