Erm, be better than the other players at the table.

Don’t play online because most cash game grinders online play a fairly consistent and smart game, even micro stakes online often, however 1/2 c appears to be somewhat soft sometimes depending on the tables.

The smallest stakes live cash games at casinos are usually filled with a mixture of both good and terrible players.

How to win consistently in cash games ?

By doubling up off the occasional psycho who's either drunk/dumb/or just over it and figures what the hell.

As someone mentioned earlier, a lot of grinders where it's tricky to squeeze a dime out of em. I don't have major success in online cash games, yet can pull $200-600 on average from a local bar game....with zero rake....my kind of place.
