Not 100% sure what's the correct play here vs the normal regular with alot of hands so would love get a discussion going here on this subject.

Let's assume a 20/17 reg with a 12% utg open, 15% mp open, 4bet range of 2 & 50% fold vs 3bet utg/mp vs sb 3bet. Let's say we have medium strength hands such as [77-JJ, AQ, AJ, KQ] what hands do you call with, raise with or do you not have a calling range & if that's the case what would be a good 3bet range in this spot?

Would also depend on stack sizes. With larger stacks I would call off 77-JJ, 3bet QQ+ and have AJs+ about 40% 3-bet and 60% call off. AJo would be a fold and AQo/AKo would find some calls some folds. (I am assuming a table size of 9, you may be playing 6-max which should change your numbers)

12% is a HIGH open rate for UTG(Depending on table size) and he has a fairly decent fold to 3-bet chance.

This is something you should put in a solver, perfect example. Along with that and any reads you got will be the best decision you could make.

Let's assume your second paragraph was a little more coherent and a little less parrot of terms you've heard before and currently miss-use. lol.
So assume all of that. And throw in some other assumptions for pertinent factors your scenario withholds.
Add 'em together and divide by purple. Should give you a solid answer.
Quit the game and call your mom. Hopefully she'll pick you up before you go broke.

ur welcome :)
