If you are talking about cash games, there is no specific limit, but for those who are starting out, it is best to stick with 2$, but if you have the gift you can go to 5$ without problems

do you feel ready to go to NL5? You can give it a try and if things don't go as per your expectation you can return to nl2

Well, tough to answer this in general. These are the most important things to consider in my opinion:
- your winrate (BB/100hands)
the higher it is the better obviously. Usually the downswings wont hit that hard if you have a higher winrate.

- your mindset
If you use an aggressive Bankrollmanagement it can effect your decision making. (tight fold on turn/river, to tight vs 3 bets)
Are you willing to move down again? If you chose an aggressive approach and things are not going well you are forced to move down earlier. This is easier said then done after you droped 3 or 4 Stacks. Players Ego get hurt, they feel the need to "win it back" right away. This is not how it works and end in desaster for you bankroll.

Playing NL5 with just 10 Stacks is very aggressive Bankrollmanagement. In my opinion to aggressive.
I would recommend to have a Bankroll of at least $75 and move down to NL2 once you reached $50.
This is already a very aggressive approach in my opinion.

Well give it a try if you feel to much pressure and you are not able to play your A-game just move down again. It is important to be in your comfort zone.

10 buy ins is not alot. I would suggest at least 20, I.e 100$ and only if you have a big win rate at 2NL, I.e. 15bb/100 or more. The most important thing is to solidly beat 2NL and then move up

I play now nl2, an i have 50 dollars
Can i go now nl5?
Go to NLHE 5 and as long as you continue winning okay. But if you lose 2 buy-ins, return to NLHE 2 immediately until you reach your $ 50 again and do the same thing until you beat NLHE 5.

In general, you have to have at least 20 BI, which is around 100$ for NL5. But if it doesn't affect your play it's okay to take an aggressive approach.

If you still have some money up your sleeve, switch to nl 5. I assume that you want to make money by playing poker.
In the micros it is almost impossible to win significant amounts.

I think it is early with 50$ to play 0,02/0,05, the better is to reach the 100$. You can play and now, but the problem is that you will have a bigger risk for your bankroll.

I would only recommend that, if you are able and willing to top up the account in case its needed. Otherwise I will go along with, what others have already suggested, and wait until you have around 100$. This is still aggressive bankroll management but more reasonable, since you can then move back to 2NL again at for instance 60$ and still have 30 BIs for that level.
