its best to set yourself a stop/loss before you start playing and once you reach it stop playing for the day, helps massively with your bankroll managment

I use 3 buyins and 1 addon, then if I have not pulled at least back to even, I leave. so, I guess 4.

You probably meant 100 buy-ins. 100 bb is just one max buy-in at most tables.

when i lose it, i play sit and go, if i lose 3 times, i end a session. that's it

I lost 10 but ins in one night. That said I was 4 tabling $50nl rush poker before Black Friday. Just repeatedly cold decked. It took 2 or 3 days to win it back. Back then I was playing 900- 1100 hands an hour. You see the extremes quickly with that kind of volume.

If I lose too much buy-ins, I stop for the day, the max is about 10 buy-ins.
Most I won is also 10 buy-ins.

I tried to limit the buy-in loses to 2 max per day, if I lose 2 I should stop, but that's the theory.
In real life, I just play more after that, thinking I will fix it, but it doesn't get fixed.
The day after, it's like a reset, you accepted that you lost it the previous day and today you can start rebuilding it again.
