Stop shoving unless maybe opening from late position even then why, 9 out of 10 their gonna fold and you win blinds only. Biggest improvement in my game in a while was to stop shoving make smaller bets and control losses. Once u shove its out of your hands and about luck. You want to read the player and the board before risking large amounts, yes with aa kk you want to scare away the low connectors and such but you dont have to bet your whole stack to do so, unless your short stack or something. i play tourneys and if it's low stakes reentry i'll shove early and take risks to build a stack and go nit once i have a decent stack. Gotta read the table some tables you might have to shove to get them to fold others will fold to min bets. Do the other players fear or respect your hands at the time or ever. So many variables to consider but shoving blindly ever time is just flipping a coin and takes no skill.

Personally, I play in a tight aggressive style, and this brings me a stable small profit at micro limits. I also often have bad beats, coolers and dominations, despite these failures, I still win stably. Of course there are days when I lose, but this is rare. It depends on which opponents I play with, if everyone at the table plays tight, then it’s much harder to win, I have to look for tables that have at least a few loose players.

to play at tables for money you have to set a game strategy studying dedicating yourself to change in game style is very different from playing tournaments and losing hands with peers like AA KK QQ are things that you have to adapt so is poker
