Hey, I think you should just take a little break. Take a break from the game for a while.

Believe me, you will return with renewed vigor ;)

When I go all-in with JJ, QQ, KK, AKs, my opponent always has AA. And when I manage to see the flop with pocket cards, there will be overcards on the flop every time...:(:(:(
If this happens every time, why do you keep playing cash games?
You didn't think about it???
Maybe you should just focus on tournaments.

Wish it was easier.

But I have to remind myself of my breathing.

But sometimes the daily stress along with some bad beats and money losses makes it really hard to concentrate or even realize that I'm tilting.

I usually punt my stack off trying to win it back. Hope that helps :ROFLMAO:

More seriously I find looking at my longer term results helps put the minor setback in perspective. If you are not making the right decisions due to tilt it's best to sit out at least for a round or two and decompose your thought process

2 key things:

  1. Log off after losing 3 buy-ins....stops the mega tilt downswings. Don't play for at least 24h after that and not until you can come back in a positive mindset
  2. Stop trying to get all-in pre-flop. At lower stakes I find you don't want to be getting all-in PF with anything other than AA, KK and AKs. Even then, they're not auto shoves given the relatively nitty player pool. Once you see a flop you need to slow your roll and remember you only have a pair...you should continue betting but at lower sizings unless you end up with a set, rather than just looking to get all in. You're better winning a 50BB pot against a chump calling you down with JQ top pair vs your KK than it is to ship your 100BB stack into someone with JQ two pair right? People won't call off for their stack very often without something much better than 1-pair which is all your pockets are

It takes years of practice to keep calm, also you need to play a game at comfortable limits, and don't bet your house or last socks...

I have had some stinkers lately. Horrible coolers and suck-outs. It is stomach turning stuff at times. I tend to drop down levels if i feel like the need to carry on playing, everybody tilts & they are lying if they say they don't, other than that, i just stop playing for a few days, get some fresh air instead.

standard theme), try to take a short break, you can go for a walk or even drink some alcohol, and of course, analyze your hand base, it's always +EV) and some coolers have always been and will be, this is a constant part of the game

It sounds like you may be experiencing a run of bad luck in your poker games. Keep in mind that in poker, it is normal to experience losing streaks, even for skilled players. It is important to remember that in any given hand, the probability of any specific card or combination of cards coming up is independent of what has happened in previous hands. In the long run, the odds will even out and your pocket cards will hold up against your opponents' hands as often as the statistical probability suggests they should.

Additionally, it's also important to keep in mind the concept of "variance" in poker, which refers to the fluctuations in short-term results that occur due to luck. It is normal to experience both winning and losing streaks, and it's important to maintain a long-term perspective and not let short-term results affect your decision-making.

In the meantime, you can try to analyze your play and see if you're making any mistakes, or if there's any adjustments to your strategy that you can make to improve your results.

When you have gone deep in a tournament and you get a bad beat that knocks you out then it can be frustrating... Best thing to do in that situation I find is to take a break because you never think properly if you go straight into another game.

These strong cards and pairs are very good, but they lead you to a scenario winning with an all in and one pair. This one pair winning moment can easily be defeated by stronger hands, which many times happens. So we must invest more to a more wise game and build if possible a really winning hand.
