I fold because:
I think that when UTG raise pre-flop, he show a good hand to 6 handed (probably AJo, KTs+, maybe 99+).

When he only check flop with that board, probably he hit the set, maybe he has kicker Ace and sometimes he can do this with flushdrawn but I dont believe so much in flushdrawn.

When he check/raise turn, he showed that has a good hand maybe he hit Ace (he didnt know that you had full house), maybe he did full house.

After river I think that he has a better hand than yours, so I probably fold. I think that only hand that he can do that and lose to you is QQ, maybe JJ nothing else.

I only do something different if I have any read about him.

Do you know what cards he had?

Unless you know that villain likes to pull some crazy river bluffs, you should fold. He raised UTG, called the flop and re-raised the turn and shoved the river. With 2 A's and 2 K's on the board you have to assume you're beat.

In the heat of the moment, these are the hands that I'm prone to get trapped with because I'd be so excited about hitting the full-house. Here, with the luxury of thinking about it: he just needs any K or A to have you beat (with the preflop action, I think that is very likely the case). That's a fold.

Cheers!

Yes I'm thinking all he needs is a Ace or King and his preflop raise kind of tells me probably has one of those. I fold

easy fold.
But I would bet flop way bigger(depending on the utg at least 2/3pot – overbetting), normally he is gonna call every K, flush draw, lots of pairs.
Turn and river I think are well played.

very high probability he has ace or king with very good kicker because of utg raise and turn shoove.

you should highly consider folding in this spot.
