Are there any blatant leaks in my game that I can start shoring up from these stats? Mainly I am wondering if it's typical to have this bad of a win rate in the blinds. Also I think I am leaking from MP, should I tighten up my range there or is this sample size too small to tell?

Winrate in blinds is fine. Sample is small, no glaring issues so far.

Pretty solid stats my friend, looks like you've got a great foundation.

I'd say keep doing what you're doing, playing, studying, and trying to pick the best times to play. I found when I was starting out that playing shorter sessions would ten to lead to more quality play and in game selecting more effectively which will do wonder for your win rate.
