At a long table, hero should pay more times with option A. And 3-bet for the other options. However, I do not fully agree with that, as the blinds are still to speak and calling here is like smoothing their ranges preflop. Unless these players are very tight (which is more likely in full ring, but we should have this reading) all 3 options could become 3-bet as bluff. From BTN I prefer to call with open blockers like A6s-A9s and if a blind makes a 3-bet, we fold if the opener calls or 4bet if the latter folds and if we believe that the 3-bettor has bluffs in his range and is a Low playability player against a 4-bet range.
