How do you perceive outside interference in the game.

if I'm not told to go somewhere, then I continue to play poker and it does not bother me.

For me the biggest difficulty with concentration comes from myself, not others...
however people around me while I play can sometimes be a problem for concentration.
But I don't think it's anything significant.
I believe it's something of mine to work with rather than a problem in itself.

I try to play only when there won’t be any interruptions, the only exception is the free rolls as they overlap my picking up the kids from school and making dinner, I’ll switch to mobile to walk and get them then back to the laptop in the kitchen to play while I cook lol
