Overall I don't do cash games. It's only ever been tournaments and Sit and Gos for me. My strategies always been a conservative waiting for a good hand and don't bluff too often. How would you recommend changing up my strategy in cash games vs when playing in Tourneys and SNGs?

Most of all you need to get better at deep stacked play, which is 100BB or more. With this stack depth you need a stronger hand to stack off. So in cash games you should not be all in nearly as often as in tournaments, where you are often playing with a 20-50BB stack or sometimes even less.

Also there are no payjumps or ICM to worry about in cash games, so even if a spot is marginal and high variance, you need to take it on. And finally you should table and seat select in cash games, which is not possible in tournaments. Try to get loose players on your right and tight players on your left.

Cash games require an understanding of deepstack play, and a bit more willingness to speculate than sit n gos.

in SNGs stack preservation is key, in cash games it's about maximizing the EV of each decision which means calling preflop and flop in more close spots than you would in SNG.

If you search "Project Get Me Stackin" on youtube or google you'll find a ton of free videos to help you with cash games. Here is also a playlist of some of my favorites.

Hope that helps, and if you really find you'd just rather play sng style, try small field MTTs (less than 90 players) as a way to mix it up!

You should study the deepstack game, change the sizing and the OR, the postflop game does not vary, you have to adapt to the preflop more than anything, since it does not depend so much on the stack and the blind levels or tournament phases
