To be a cash game winner today you need to know that much of your wins come from the mistakes your opponents make, not just from your own abilities.

Value is everything!

In poker tournaments, your ability to reach the prize positions determines how much you will earn, but the success in cash games depends on your ability to win all possible chips every time you have a strong hand. Extracting the greatest value from your hands in cash games is the key to success.

Build your pots by continuing to bet when you have the highest pair or a better hand on the flop.

New players are tempted to limp (call in the value of the big blind) instead of increasing to see the flop cheaper. This strategy is not recommended, as it can cause your opponents to apply higher raises thus increasing the value to see the flop. In addition, you could also be revealing information about the strength of your hand, if you always limp with cards like Jack Lady of the same suit and only raise with hands like Ace-King.

In cash games, it's important to play aggressively!

It is best to re-raise on the preflop instead of setting a trap if you have a good hand.

In poker tournament strategy, it is sometimes recommended to play strong hands passively in certain situations to set a trap against your opponents. However, in cash poker, it is best to be aggressive from the start and maximize your chance of winning a big pot.

In multi-way cash pots (3 players or more), it is acceptable to request check with a median hand as a median pair or even a strong pair. Controlling the pot is important in multi-way pots.

And Finally:

bankroll management

There are several reasons to ensure that your poker bankroll can take the boundaries you decide to play. It is recommended to keep at least 20 buy-ins for the limits you play and obviously you should only play with the money you can lose.

I hope you appreciate it.

Excellent synopsis! I didn't have enough of this when I first started playing poker. On the other hand, it is only through trial and error that you can find your own style of play, hone the skill of actions in various versions of the game. After all, if everyone acts only according to the summary, the game will become boring and unpretentious, like Grandfather Ostap's trousers in the autumn season.;)

All of these strategies are good until you find yourself at the same table with a fool who has a lot of cash and calls everything. I've seen similar fish or bots rezzing with garbage like 2 and 8 pocket aces and kings  Therefore, you can not stick to one strategy and you need to adapt to the players at the table

Good tips.

Also emotional control and not tilting is a fundamental tip for playing poker successfully.

Indeed, this is the best tip of all, the emotional control.

There are thousand ways to play. To play "by the book" all of us are tired to play and expect that from the opponents. But I don't expect to me to play like that most of the times when I'm in a deep stack.

But if you lose your control and patience all your coins go to the villains. It keeps happen to me :), but always back for more:). Hope to one day I become a cold rock steady :).

The cash game is one of the hardest disciplines in poker. First of all, because the stacks of players in it are mostly 100 big blinds. This fact shifts most of the action post-flop, unlike in tournaments where most of the chips are won pre-flop all-ins. There are many strategic features in the cash game that a beginner should know before entering the tables. The first question is what stack you are going to play with at the tables. There are still a lot of amateurs at the micros who are just eager to give you their money.

Hello brother
I really read your explanation, I saw it very good and very manual.
But in truth I will keep the explanations that my fellow dreamer13, Gallarado777 and Yermek gave you, it shows that they have been playing this game for a long time and in practice what you explain has not happened to them.
In truth my experience would tell you that in cash tables the best results I got was hiding my strong hands.
There is a very old saying that says "if you want to win at poker, don't get tired of checking" and at least I believe that at the tables you should wait for your opportunity very quietly, almost without breathing, and when your opportunity arrives there yes to emit the roar of the lion.
I have tried to make the game that you explain, but it has not worked for me.
Just before yesterday I was explaining a situation that I had some time ago to a colleague with a very similar issue, in which at a cash table I made 3 purchases, I played with AA 3 times logically aggressively not otherwise and they paid me with any vegetable and lost I really wanted to die.
At the cash table a guy comes in with money who is not interested in anything but playing as if he were playing a slot machine and that night you went aggressively with AA and it occurred to him that his 93 suite was good to win, he went all in and you He put a color and your story is over.
For me, a cash table is not really simple, but well, in the end, everyone has their own tactic and if your explained tactic gives you good returns and gives good returns to those who want to continue, then go ahead and earn a lot of money from that is what it's about. To have fun and win!!!
A big hug brother from argentina and congratulations for the post :cool::cool:(y)(y)(y)
