Over the last 12 sessions I've played on cash, .25/.50 I have lost 10 of them and barely broke even on the other two. Sessions average about 1 hour each. Is this just variance or is this an exceptionally poor run?

I used to play a bunch of tournaments and am used to having losing sessions with that, have been trying to switch to cash and for some reason it's been a bit of a struggle.

This is a bad variance. 10 losses out of 12 is very bad. It's time to sound the alarm. You need to figure out why this happened. Change your tactics. The way you play is not suitable for the cache.Study the literature. Good luck bro!

Take a break, and clear you mind. Analyze your sessions, and know yourself. You'll be better to adapt your play.

If you're positive you're not on tilt and have confidence your strategy is not massively flawed just carry on I'd say.

Might be worth going over hands from those sessions though to find any obvious leaks that have crept in.
