I used to only play tournaments and at some point I started playing cash games, I soon realized that they are completely different but in the end I don't get bored of the game and I play quite often

For me cash game is the best only unfortunately I don't have a proper bankroll management and have to do without a taste for now.

I prefer tourneys BUT, if I need to make a bit of extra money to get into a tourney, I will play a cash game.

it's really different, cash games have a different emotion that happens when only good hands come, in tournament games we are always looking forward to staying in the tournament.

I like to play both, but each one has a different taste and feel.

I like to play cash games and tournaments. I agree that NLH cash games can be boring depending of the table. You should try to play Omaha cash games, specially PLO 5-card, these type of games are never boring.

I think everyone should decide for himself. I've only been playing MTT lately.

In general, if you ask this question in poker circles, then cashews will just laugh at you. There is an opinion that, in terms of complexity, poker tournaments are like checkers, and cash is like chess. This is due to the fact that recreational players have repeatedly won major tournaments and even become world champions, while at the sky-high limits of cash, none of them came close to going into the black over a long distance.

If you ask me cash games are not boring. It's very dynamic actually. You can win money faster but also lose money faster.

Yes. I like better tournaments too. You lose quick much money in cash games then in tournaments. But if you have money and you really CAN play it, maybe you win some dollars.

What do you think of cash games?
I have tried to play cash games starting from low levels, but after a few sessions I get bored, so I go back to MTT's to have the thrills of tournaments.
NL cash games for me yes. Because of this i go to cash game omaha, much more action...

I think it's a matter of taste... and where you feel more comfortable playing... I love to play at the cash tables, i play in 0.10/0.25 ... I do it every day... as I said it's a matter of taste

I like cash more than sitting for 5 hours in a tournament and it’s not clear whether you finish in cash or not, and there are more dynamics in Cash, and in tournaments the dynamics appear in the later stages, when you may have already been eliminated

It depends. NLHE is somewhat boring at times. However PLO, which is a postflop game, rarely is dull. The hands run closer and you play more hands. Lotsa action.

Each one identifies more with some modality, since they like MTT, invest more time in them, leave the cash game to play when you want to give a different one.

I don’t agree on one interpretation. MTT actually need more money, a bigger bankroll over time, since the chance of going deep is rather diminutive. 80% luck and 20% skills. But I agree, that you can play longer time at MTT. However, time can hardly be of essence, unless you - which is fine - play for recreational reasons.
Cash games are tougher, but you can play with a smaller bankroll. I.e. 75 buy ins in NLHE and 100 in PLO. 80% skillls and 20% luck.

For the diversity of us all it’s a good thing, that we have different mindsets. To me MTT are boring, but cash games exciting😔

My Question is, why people play cash games without zoom?

Depends on what you seek in your life. Some find life in general boring. For some going to local store is an adventure.
