I could give a lot of different answers to that question. I don't know my winrate over every cash game and tournament I've ever played as I only started tracking after 2014. Even still with different stakes mixed in and live poker vs online poker and different player pools on different sites it's such a broad question. I'll just pick some arbitrary categories to share. I think any winrate that is positive is good. As far as what it should be, I think the answer is always "just a little bit higher". That way we can keep studying and never be satisfied.
Its such a moving target, because we rarely play enough in the same game to even know our true luck-adjusted winrate with accuracy. Cash games are also widely different from site to site and different times of day. And they change over time especially here in 2020 with the COVID-19 induced boom and then bust. Hopefully we also develop over time. So I am not going to share any graphs or exact numbers but just say, that my best results in online poker are at around 10 BB / 100, while the worst are around - 5 BB / 100. The latter is for 10NL and 16NL Zoom on PokerStars.
