Cash game variance

I have played online cash poker for some years, and even though I think I play a decent game, then there are always those days/weeks, where I loose, no matter what I do.
Reading about variance have helped me understand why it is so, and helped me not to TILT in such a period.
I'll recommend any pokerplayer to at least read and understand the concepts behind variance, it can't tell you how to play, but it can help you to understand why you have off days, no matter how well you think you play.

Unfortunately there are these days where whatever you do, the situation is not reversing. So I leave the game when all efforts have been exhausted. I think this is one of the biggest victories, to know when to leave.
