Betonline/Sportsbetting only offers 10NL and up, but that's good for you if you are a good player. This means the players who normally should play 2NL are playing 10NL. Drawback is they dont offer rakeback. But your winnings over bad players should cover the rake.

Plus, I find their RNG fair, which is very important if you are a good player.
