Well it's the same things when you keep moving up tbh. Regs to Fish ratio gets higher. Regs become better. A lot of bum hunting at the tables. Regs don't want to play vs regs so as soon as a fish leaves the table dies down. More 4bet
bluffing. Couple of very loos maniacs here n there. etc
It has been a bit hard for me to keep the red line like that tbh. The first 8k
hands I was break even at the red line at 10NL. But since the downswing started it kept on going downward. When I tried to fix it I made so many mistakes.
I think it's completely dependant on my mood.
Lets say I play first 1k hand focusing a lot putting up my A game. But then after I loose focus, shift the gear down a bit & start making some unconscious changes to my game. Ah then the red line changes for good.
This is what I've noticed a lot this month. So what I should is stop asap when I feel I'm changing gears, take a break, get motivated again & get back on later
I went to the gym today after such a long time. Feeling great both physically & mentally. I've missed this so much. Not gonna miss a single day again.
Next thing is yoga which I'm gonna go from next week onward. And some diet changes as well as a couple more lifestyle changes.
By doing these things I think I can be at the top of my game in everything. Balance is very much needed
