AA all in?

I usually go all-in. Reason being to make an attempt to double and also to keep others from drawing out on me.

Yes, but I guess it depends how many bb, I would rather play poker, then just shove, but good thing in tourneys you get called more and shoves could literally be anything from depending on stack sizes and how good/bad the players are, theres a lot of bad players that are profitable in my opinion because theres a lot of bad players.

Undoubtedly, it depends on many factors, there is no clear answer, but in my case, it happens very very rarely.

It depends... Start of the tournament? close to the bubble? what is my stack? how many players in the hand? (AA seems to have a 100% chance of winning, but it's not true)

Preflop, yes.
On the flop, it depends on the cards.
If the flop had a position for the straight or the flush, no.

I will usaually raise preflop and go all in on any reraise. This to try to bring my opponents down to 2 or 3. Then Difinetly all in on the flop depending on posotion, if the board is not obviously connected-

I thought ALL IN yes... but he depends cause for exemple if your dealer or small blind and all the other players hav all ready folding except the bigblind.
What would you do?
Personaly i will try to trap them and cross the fingers he dont have floped straight ( lol )
Cause if i putt all in preflop, they have more chance to fold, than call me....
Its my personal opinion.
Maybe i wrong.... but i trust my own luck.

sometimes it is not profitable to play softly AA because variance sometimes helps the opponent :)

Most of the times all in if there is maximum three opponents requiring the pot. Pre flop raise big and re-raise to reduce the field.
