Annoying, but easy fold, especially in Hi-Lo. You can't go to battle with an unimprovable (probably not a word!) pair and no low.

This is a trash hand even if it's not high-low. You can't improve your QQ and the 6 doesn't connect with them at all.

Folding to the first bet is definitely the right move.

Yeah, looking back at the hand it should be an easy fold. I'm kinda new to stud8 cash games. It would of been an insta fold for me in a sng or MTT.

I will continue to draw when I have the pot odds to do so in a ring game. I'm more likely to fold early in a tournament, if all I have are drawing odds.

Otherwise, my strategy for both is nearly identical. What works in one generally works in the other.
