I`m playing at a loose table

Most of the guys are raising pot when lots of limpers.

I`m in the BB or I probably would have folded here to the raise with the holding I had.

The guy who raise was doing what drives me mad when playing Omaha hl PL - he kept raising one bet - I don`t understand why people do this - if there is a reason let me know.

So what do you think here - can you get away from this hand?

So what do you think here - can you get away from this hand?
Nope, I think that's pretty standard. You are behind precisely 2 hand post flop - 4 4 and Q 4, and if you opponent has got those, you've still got plenty of outs so you can call the turn. I would have thought it most likely he had a Q and a weaker kicker, even when you didn't improve I still couldn't fold this on the river.

My thoughts exactly Rob.

The only time I though about folding was when he put in a bet on the turn - then I was thinking "66/ Q6" I think the flat call on the flop by the other guy made me think he had a Q with a weaker kicker - I suppose we were correct, the only problem being his weaker kicker was a 4 !!!

The thing with the one-bet-raise is, to me that is, a test. I've seen guys do that in Hold'Em, just to get raised on the river and fold.

The hand : I don't think you can get away, played it by the bok all the way down to the river, so there's nothing you can do.
