My reasoning for pushing all in in that situation is fear of an overpair catching a better full house. If one of the players is holding 10-10 JJ QQ etc and I let them play along and they catch it there going to get all my money. If I push in that situation they would have a much harder time calling an all in with that.

Cashin_in,

Your reasoning is bad, bad, bad. That mindset is undoubtedly a leak in your game. I figure you are probably wasting lots of value on good hands. When you flop a full-house you can't become afraid of a better full house coming along. Sure it CAN happen, but you can also be killed by a meteor crushing you on your morning commute to work while eating a bagel. Okay, maybe the probabilities are slightly different, but the point is if you are betting full houses this strong out of fear of being drawn out, then you are probably not playing other strong hands very well...either you are pushing way too hard with top pairs and losing value, or you are getting so scared because top pair is beatable that you are playing too weak.

Being predictable is bad and your push in your original post is fine, but if your reason for the push was because you were afraid of a bigger full-house coming along... that is not good at all.
