Train of thought...

Think about villain's possible holdings.

Think about how many you're ahead of (lots - AQ/KQ/QJ, mid pps, flush draws, random bluffs).

Think about how many you're behind (not many, QQ, 55, and 33, possibly AA).

Consider that villain has to call your shove whatever he has (pot odds yo).

Conclude that you have to shove.

I'd have to shove. If he's got a set or slowplayed AA, that's supremely unlucky for you. He'll have KQ, AQ, or big flush draw here a lot.
