I guess its huge because of the money, but im guessing for these players 5000$ is what 100$ may be to us, so as far as the hand goes, i dont think its that huge of a call

I made the right read here, i put the guy on a busted draw, but i put him on j,t. Since his massive over bet on the river means that he has no showdown value of top pair, and either has the nuts or is bluffing. I still would never have been able to make the call since i would have probably convinced myself in the end that he has a fh and i can find a better spot, so a great gutsy call
