Hero dealer pos AA raise 3 bb
Cutoff call
Flop QJ4 rainbow
Cutoff bet 50%( 4 bb)
Hero raise 13 bb
Cutoff all in 150 bb
Hero call 150 bb
Cutoff shows set of 44
Hero lose.
Let me know my mistake .

That's simple. You didn't know what's your rival's cards. AA only best at preflop not on Flop.

There is not THE way how to play AA. Most people raise higher preflop to get the lower pocket pairs folded. But you lose 1 of 5 times against lower pocket pair, so this was mostly bad luck.

With a limper in the pot raise to 4-5BB.

Flop
I would typically just call here, especially if it was a rainbow board. You have position, so you can always make sure, bets go in on the turn and river, if you want to. Raising is sort of ok as well, but when he respond with a jam, you need to fold. You do NOT want to stack off an overpair for 150BB in a single raised pot, so basically this is, what you did wrong.
