Hey,

Last monday i paid for the license for PT3 and embarked on my journey to start taking poker seriously and use proper BRM to get to where i want to be, previously this had been a huge leak in my game.

I would say i'm a good player, i have done well at my local casino in their weekly tournies, my best result being a win for €1000!! but I've never really had a set amount set aside for just poker, i usually just dip into my wages to play, my online poker was the same, i'd reload at the beginning of the month, build it up to a nice amount then lose it playing at a limit which i now realise i wasn't even close to being rolled for.

Anyways here's a few screens from my first week playing FR 2c NL on stars, ive not had a huge amount of time this week but i've been generally playin at least an hour a day 2 tabling, i know its only 1k hands but can anyone spot any leaks already starting to creep in?? I've been playin a good TAG game, i think, really trying to pay attention to position (i think, again lol) this might look like a hot streak but believe me theres been some brutal bad beats, JJ beat by 89 all in preflop!

Any advice will be hugely appreciated, cheers

Finally graph so far, i think the money won without showdown line is always going to be even like that at this level because it isnt very bluffable.

I'm no PokerTracker expert but it appears to me that you should be positive in every position except the blinds. You don't have to put *any* money in in any other position, so if you're losing money in those positions it's your own fault.

The position that should have the greatest profit is the button. That's the bread and butter position, as you get the most information from that seat.

A VP$IP of 30% is high. Cutting that in *half* would be good.

A VP$IP of 65% in the SB is going to lose you money in the long term. I don't know how the heck that's your biggest money maker. Maybe just the small hand sample? I guess maybe if everyone is limping you have odds to call. But if you're calling raises... ick.

Ummm yeah sb stats are a bit skewed,

I won 4.51 from the SB with AA, all in preflop, against QQ and J9o???? lol So its not my biggest earner really, trouble is at this level with the amount of limpers u often get in a hand I am honestly getting 7's 8's and 9-1 on my money from there which is a no brainer with all but the worst cards i think.

Getting my VPIP down to 15?? That sounds tough man, maybe when i'm 3 or 4 tabling i could do that.

Also, I lost a big pot from the button, was a bad hand for me because i paid the guy off for his Ace high straight like a regular idiot, did think he was bluffing tho, and he called my 30c raise preflop with QKo so i think i played it well...... until the turn when he hit his straight, made it completely obvious that he had it and i still paid him, just couldnt fold those ladies doh!!
