Gotta get a little tricky once in a while vs the semi-conscious regs :/

I'm roughly 16/8/3.5, and villain is 15/6.4/2.3 through ~150 hands. We're both very deep so I wouldn't be surprised to see villain wake up with some odd implied odds hands here.

Value bets something like 1/3 of the pot. Small enough to make it impossible for him to lay down and to invite a reraise if he thinks you are stealing. You can't get him the chance to check behind.

Bet $15-17.

I think you'll get called down/shoved by backdoor flushes and smaller full houses but Villain (who you think is decent) will most likely fold out lesser hands to any decent bet. We're banking on him having something here he can't fold as opposed to going for the smaller (1/3 of the pot) value bet.

I also think the $15-17 bet could be perceived by some opponents as too large, looking like a bluff with the spade on the river.
