My first thought is that this is sort of a random sizing preflop. Generally make your raises the same size no matter what cards you have. (Not that I'm saying you are doing that, but its just good practice to get into.)

Im fine with continuing on the flop. Button limp ranges are usually super weak so taking down the pot right there is fine, and if you get called you still have some equity.

On the turn, we hit our card for the nut straight. The sizing is fine, occasionally i mix in a check to catch some floats. Our range is pretty weak here too, so villain can be ahead here with a lot of single pair hands (in his mind).

River, i would go pot sized, maybe even more. He has called you twice already, and that deuce really changes nothing. He has probably already made his hand with a weak ace.

Yes mate I personally think so particularly turn if you think there make calling mistakes juice that bd boy particularly if there make a loose call turn just cause there have the logic of ill call here evaluate River.... Lot of players still do that particularly ones that are capable of folding alright but beat hands to turned flushes there call turn tank fold river some of them but yh bet more you got the nuts and wanna make getting the rest in on the river easy ideally you want either a pot or less than pot bet left on the river actually I think setting it up so your river shove is a slight overbet shove can work well for bluffs but not for value so you want to make it a river bet that gets the rest of your stack in but is little less than pot when going for value want callers as you give them better price pot odds on a call River so they can more easily level themselves into calling it off. Also just raise 3x or pot raise pre helps make building pots and getting stacks in easier, but yh turn you wanna really juice that pot you wanna do as close to a pot bet really without it being so depending on opposition straight fish though you can prob overbet get called so player dependant I always think about the price I'm laying people on a call to exacerbate there mistakes, I also guesstimate how often I need to generate folds in a spot to breakeven when running a bluff I believe you can be far more Liberal than you think if you've assessed the situation correctly overbet bluffing are both fun but also effective at getting you paid off too in spots others won't get paid off. But I've only been playing little while and 2nl at that ha so take my advice ramble with huge grain of (just beginner thinking rambling about possible strategic lines plays thought experimenting ha). Actually this is pretty standard. All those bets are quite big enough already. I mean your bets on all streets are around 65% which is on a higher end, especially on the flop.
Villain had to have some A to call all streets, but if he had JJ-KK type of hand, or a week A, then your slightly bigger bets would chase him off easily. One more thing I don't like about your sizing is that it doesn't leave a lot of room for your opponent to re-raise.
In this particular case, I believe you got the max value pretty much, however in tons of similar situations you will get far less value from your opponent considering your bets are rather large compared to the pot.
