$50 NLHE Full Ring: 99 over pair on a drawy flop, bet two streets blocker bet justified on river?

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 30/3/1

Villain Unkown so far only played 38 hands

Well, looking back on this pot not sure if my play was totally solid, I can put his limp on poket pairs since I've noticed many people doing this, I bet the flop since I
*assume* most the time he would raise 10's plus so I think he could call me with hands like 6's lookin to draw he may have played ace rag suited diamonds, with his limp preflop I'm also assuming that, with no reads just general things i've noticed weakish players do.

So I felt the turn bet was also okay, the river however I'm in to minds about I done it mainly as a blaokcer bet so in my head I think well he cant really do any crazy shit like bluff big on river giving me a hard decission if I bet out, however I bet smallish to look small valuish, however he just shoves, making me think, there is a chance he has like qq+ and was just being weird pre flop, and is now hi5ing himself for his brotastic play.

im not sure if the river bet looks weaker than a check now, or if i played this wrong from the start, once again I appreciate your thoughts on this.

Not a given that a guy 30/3 will raise TT-QQ.

I like flop bet because it traps in fish and will make UTG play honestly.

River bet is pretty bad, either bet/fold like $16-$20 or c/c a similar amount imo.

He could certainly have JJ/TT and a couple of suited 8s in his range. I'd probably just bet a more normal amount (~$18) on the river and expect to get calls from all of his underpairs/7s/5s. If he shoves then fold. Not a fan of the tiny river bet at all really.

+1 to above posts.

If you're betting small, it's to induce a bluff, which is generally a bad play vs a passive fish obviously. Just bet big for value.

I want to check call river here for some reason probably because I can see results though
