PokerStars - $0.50 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

BTN: 102.5 BB (VPIP: 20.00, PFR: 20.00, 3Bet Preflop: 100.00, hands: 5)
SB: 242.48 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
Hero (BB): 112.48 BB
UTG: 100 BB (VPIP: 25.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 4)
MP: 102.4 BB
CO: 118.84 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q A

fold, MP raises to 3.5 BB, CO calls 3.5 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 13.5 BB, MP calls 10 BB, fold

Flop: (31 BB, 2 players) 4 5 K
Hero bets 21.2 BB, MP calls 21.2 BB

Ah a K on the flop that is surely better for my range so I decide to bet/bluff out (also have a one card backdoor flush and a backdoor and a slim chance on improving to a gutshot. Villain could have 4 betted AK and KK and AA so I believe that my range is better then his so it is a believable bluff spot.

Turn: (73.4 BB, 2 players) 3
Hero checks, MP bets 18 BB, Hero raises to 77.78 BB and is all-in, MP calls 49.7 BB and is all-in

Oh got a gut-shot and a flush draw want a cheap showdown as my odds improved considerably, so I decide to check. Villain bets super small which feels strange does he already have a made hand or is a just a scary bet. With the nut flush draw a gut-shot and over-card I decide to make a semi-bluff and go all-in expecting to get called by a lot of holdings but I have great odds as long as he hasn't a flush which is unlikely as the A and K of spades are accounted for.
River: (208.8 BB, 2 players) 6♠

Hero shows Q A (Flush, Ace High)
(Pre 59%, Flop 64%, Turn 77%)
MP shows 8 6 (One Pair, Sixes)
(Pre 41%, Flop 36%, Turn 23%)
Hero wins 204.8 BB

Say what villain called with 86 of hearts, having only 6 clean outs if I hold a spade with a high pair, I also could even have a flush already.

why the raise on the turn, yes he did bet small, but u dont have to over think it, those small bets are equivalents to checks so just consider them as a check. i would call and see a cheap river. it is micro-stakes shove preflop with big hands and shove with made hands only u will get paid more often than u think. he could have a 63 hand and have u beat he still would played it the same. dont be result oriented. it was played bad from u in my opinion.

Against this particular opponent you don't have fold equity at all. So you should just call on turn.

You don't have FE vs. his flop calling and turn betting range. Best to either bet turn / call, or check / fold. In this case he bet small, so check / call.
