No suits in the hand but I'm guessin the turn and river are not hearts?

We are going to have trouble keeping it small in a 3 bet pot no matter what we do. Having an SPR of ~4 on the flop is a pretty awkward size for us. If we bet the flop and get called we will be getting stacks in, if we check it we will be able to get one or two streets and keep the pot small as you did.

What hands are in an unknown 5NLs 3 bet calling range that hits this flop? Everything except TT-QQ

By betting we keep all of the Ax hands that we beat in (which outnumber TT-QQ), but we may fold out TT - QQ. Against all of the Ax hands plus 99 we have 56% equity so I would like to bet here and wouldn't mind playing for stacks on non heart turns.

As played, since we are aiming for a small pot just check behind. Although I really don't see much we are behind here. Maybe shove?

What are you really afraid of on that flop? You're in a 3bet pot with TPTK and the Ah is on board so he has basically zero flushes in his range. Bet flop and be willing to get it in if he wants to.
