Was this a tight fold?

I felt like if I was to call then I need to call on the turn and river. Which I didn't want to do.

totally normal fold, after calling his 4bet he will have a lot of hands like AQ+ in his range sometimes he might even call with AJ (but it won't happen that often) + there is some chance he might have 33 or 99, he will also sometimes call with AA in hopes of trapping us, so it makes sense to fold on this flop

Depends on villain. If aggressive, it's call. If unknown or passive, then it's a good fold.
